Yes. If an order is part of a batch, you must unbatch the route before updating the delivery address.
How to Unbatch a Route and Update an Address:
- Log in to your Merchant Portal.
- Navigate to Routes.
- Select the batch you want to modify.
- Click More (on the right-hand side).
- Select Unbatch Route.
- All orders in the batch will return to Draft status.
- Open the draft order you need to update.
- Click Edit and update the address under Delivery Information.
- Save your changes.
How to Re-batch Orders:
- Go to Routes > Drafts.
- Select the relevant draft orders (including the updated order).
- Click Batch.
- Choose your preferred pickup time.
- Review and confirm the batch.
