What pickup windows are available?
Trexity does not operate with fixed pickup windows. Merchants have full flexibility to schedule pickups based on when orders are ready. As soon as your delivery is posted, we actively work to match it with the next available courier to ensure timely pickup.
How to Schedule a Pickup
- Log in to your Merchant Portal
- Create or Import Delivery
- Enter all required order details
- Select Service Level
- Same Day
- Next Day
- Direct
- Navigate to: Schedule → “Ready As Of”
- Select the date and time your order will be ready for pickup
- Confirm and save the delivery
Optional: Mark “Ready for Pickup”
- If your order is ready sooner than expected:
- Click “Ready for Pickup” at the top of the page
Important Note:
Next Day Deliveries
- Must be scheduled by 11:59 PM the day before
- Orders begin posting at 12:00 PM the next day
- Deliveries are completed by 8:00 PM
Dispatch Timing
- Once your order is posted, our system immediately begins courier assignment.
