Where can I access the CSV import template?

You can download Trexity’s official CSV template directly from your Merchant Portal.

Accessing the CSV Template:

  1. Log in to your Merchant Portal.
  2. Navigate to Import → Import Deliveries.
  3. Click Download Template.

Important Note:

Only Trexity’s official CSV template can be used.

The template includes all required delivery fields and formatting needed for a successful import. Using a modified or external template may result in upload errors.
