Trexity does not authorize after-hours entry under any circumstances.
After-Hours Returns
If you expect returns (e.g., reusable bags or undeliverable packages), we recommend:
- Placing a secure return bin outside your location
- Providing an alternate after-hours return address.
Trexity does not operate an overnight storage facility. If no secure return option is available, packages may need to be rescheduled for the next business day.
