Yes. Customers can tip couriers through the tracking link they receive via SMS or email.
Tipping is enabled by default and does not require any setup from the merchant. At this time, merchants cannot manage or disable this setting.
How Customers Tip Couriers:
- Open the delivery tracking link sent via SMS or email.
- Scroll to Tip Your Driver on the left-hand side of the page.
- Select a tip amount.
- Enter credit card details in the pop-up window to complete the payment.
Tips go directly to the courier.
