How to Report a Courier Concern:
If a courier:
- Fails to follow delivery instructions
- Behaves unprofessionally
- Mishandles a package
- Communicates inappropriately
Please email support@trexity.com with:
- Order ID
- Date and time of delivery
- Detailed description of the incident
- Any supporting evidence (photos, screenshots, etc.)
What Happens After a Report is Submitted:
- The issue is escalated to our Courier Operations Team.
- Delivery records, proof of delivery, and communication logs are reviewed.
- The courier is contacted if necessary for clarification.
- Appropriate action is taken based on the severity of the issue, which may include formal warnings, retraining, suspension, or removal from the platform.
