How can I tip a courier?

You can tip a courier through the delivery’s tracking page once the order has been scheduled or completed.

How to Tip a Courier:

  1. Log in to your Merchant Portal.
  2. Open the order you would like to tip.
  3. Click the Tracking URL button (bottom right of the order page).
  4. Copy and paste the tracking link into a new browser tab.
  5. On the tracking page, scroll to Tip Your Driver (left-hand side).
  6. Select your desired tip amount.
  7. Enter your credit card details and submit the payment.

A confirmation will appear once the tip has been successfully processed.

Tips are optional and go directly to the courier.
