Only one vehicle can be registered on your account. The vehicle on your account must match the vehicle you are actively using for deliveries.
If you plan to drive a different vehicle, you must update your vehicle information using the steps below:
Updating your Vehicle Information:
- Log in to the Trexity Driver App
- Navigate to your Profile
- Scroll down to Vehicle Information
- Enter the following details:
- License plate number
- Make
- Model
- Colour
- Year
- Vehicle ID Number (VIN)
- Select Request to Update and click Save Changes
- Upload a rear vehicle photo
- Tap Next to proceed
Important Notes:
Using a vehicle not listed on your account is not permitted.
Failure to update your vehicle information may result in account restrictions.
Ensure your account reflects the vehicle you are currently using to avoid interruptions or compliance issues.
