If you are moving to a new city or province, you must update your address and pick-up zone to continue receiving delivery opportunities in your area.
Updating your Address
- Go to your Profile in the Trexity Driver App.
- Update the Address field with your new address.
- Click Save.
- Your account will be placed under review, while our Courier Team reviews the update. During this period, you will not have access to delivery opportunities in the app.
- You will receive confirmation once the review is complete.
Select your New Pick-Up Zone
- Return to your Profile
- Navigate to Pick-Up Zone
- Select your new city
- Click Save to confirm your changes
Good to know:
The above process only applies to moves within the same province (e.g., Toronto → Ottawa).
If you are moving to a different province (e.g., Toronto → Vancouver):
- Update your address in the app
- Contact the Courier Team at drive@trexity.com for assistance with updating your pick-up zone.
