Updating your Driver’s License
- Log in to the Trexity Driver App
- Navigate to your Profile
- Scroll to Driver’s License and select Request to Update
- Confirm the prompt by clicking OK and clicking Save Changes.
- Take clear photos of your driver’s license (front and back)
- Select Use These Photos once completed
- Enter your:
- Driver’s license number
- Expiration date
- Tap Save License to submit
What Happens Next?
- Your account will be placed under review by the Courier Team. During this period, you will not have access to delivery opportunities in the app.
- You will be prompted to review and acknowledge the Courier Code of Conduct.
- Once your information is verified, your account will be reapproved
Important Note:
Our system detects when your driver’s license has expired, and you will receive an email prompting you to update your license information.
Upload clear and legible photos to avoid delays; if the photo is not acceptable, your account will be placed under review again.
