Couriers can update their tax information directly within the Trexity Driver App. All updates are subject to review by the Courier Team to ensure accuracy and compliance.
To update your tax information, complete the following steps:
- Log in to the Trexity Driver App
- Navigate to Update Profile
- Scroll to Tax Information
- Select Update Tax Information
- From the drop-down menu, choose your TIN Type:
- Social Insurance Number (SIN)
- Business Number (BN)
- Social Security Number (SSN)
- Employer Identification Number (EIN)
- IRS Form W-9
- Enter the required details
- Click Save
Next Steps:
- Once submitted, your account will be placed under review by the Courier Team. During this period, you will not have access to delivery opportunities in the app.
- You will receive a notification once your account has been reviewed and reapproved.

- Incomplete or incorrect information may delay re-approval
