Deleting your Account:
- Log in to the Trexity Driver App
- Tap the menu icon (top-right corner)
- Select Advanced
- Tap Delete Account
- When prompted, type “Delete” to confirm
- Tap Delete Account again to finalize
Important Notes:
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- You will no longer be able to:
- Log in to your account
- Accept or complete deliveries
- A copy of your earnings summary will automatically be sent to the email address associated with your account.
- Accounts that are suspended cannot be deleted directly. Please contact the Courier Team at drive@trexity.com to assist with the next steps.
