Step 1: Download the App
- Download the Trexity Driver app via the Apple App Store or Android App Store.
- Once installed, open the app and follow the on-screen registration steps.
Step 2: Meet Courier Requirements
- To be approved as a Trexity Courier, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have your own vehicle (cars, vans, or SUVs only; bikes, motorcycles, and scooters are not permitted).
- Hold a valid Canadian or US driver’s license (learner or beginner licences like G1, 5L, 7L, etc. are not accepted).
- Have automobile insurance coverage
- Be legally eligible to work in Canada and the US
- Complete a mandatory background check
Step 3: Sign Up Process
- Open the Trexity Driver app.
- On the login screen, tap Sign Up.
- Complete the required fields with your personal information
- First name and last name
- Email address and password
- Mobile number
- Mailing address
- You will also be asked to confirm your English proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing), as fluency in English is required.
- Submit all necessary documents through the app.
- Tap Sign Up to submit your application.
Step 4: Review & Approval Process
- Once submitted:
- Your application is reviewed by the Courier Team
- Approvals are based on delivery demand in your area
- This ensures fair access to delivery opportunities for all couriers.
- You will receive a push notification once your account has been approved.
- You will also receive a push notification if any documents are missing or if our team requires additional information.
