Can I change my billing preferences or request invoice-only billing?

No. Billing preferences, including invoice-only billing, cannot be modified. All merchants must follow Trexity’s standard billing terms.

How to View Billing Terms:

  1. Log in to your Merchant Portal.
  2. Navigate to Admin → Billing → Payment.
  3. Your billing terms are displayed on the right-hand side of the page.

Key Billing Terms:

  • Invoices are issued daily at the end of each day.
  • Invoices are due upon receipt.
  • The credit card on file is charged automatically.
