Trexity’s delivery pricing is based on a combination of your selected Service Level, as well as the distance between pickup and delivery locations. This approach helps ensure pricing is transparent and reflects the specifics of each delivery.
Same Day
- Each zone is assigned a flat rate, making it easy to understand your delivery coverage and associated costs.
- Deliveries closer to you will cost less and ones further will cost more.
Direct Delivery
- Total price is calculated using the distance traveled and estimated delivery time.
Next Delivery
- $6 flat rate for city-wide, next-day delivery.
Batch Delivery
- Total route cost is based on the combined travel time and total distance of the entire route.
A full cost breakdown is always displayed during order creation, so you can review pricing before confirming a delivery.
How to Review Pricing Before Creating a Delivery
If you’d like to preview pricing without placing an order, you can create a mock delivery in your Merchant Portal.
- Click Create New Delivery
- Enter the address under Delivery Information
- Select your Service Level and Scheduled Pickup Time
- Scroll to Cost Breakdown to view the delivery charge
- You can exit the page without saving if you don’t want to keep the draft.
This allows you to explore pricing options and make informed decisions before confirming a delivery.
