Merchants can review detailed billing information through invoices available in the Merchant Portal. Each invoice provides a breakdown of delivery activity, associated charges, and payment status.
To view a specific invoice:
- Navigate to your list of Invoices in the Merchant Portal
- Select the invoice number you wish to review
Invoice Details:
Each invoice includes the following information:
- Invoice ID
- Billing Period
- Invoice Period
- Date of Issue
- Date Paid
- Route ID
- Order ID
- Delivery Date
- Subtotal and Taxes
- Customer Name
- Pickup Address
- Location
- Customer Address
- Delivery Status
- Amount Paid
