Report the Damage Immediately
- Access the Trexity Driver App.
- Navigate to Support by selecting Help.
- Notify the Support Team of the damaged package.
Provide Supporting Evidence
- Capture and submit clear photos of:
- The damaged package
- Any visible damage to the contents (if applicable)
Follow Support Guidance
- The Support Team will provide next steps based on the situation.
- Follow all instructions provided to ensure proper resolution (e.g., return, disposal, or continuation of delivery if applicable).
