Adjustments are applied following an internal review of the delivery.
Notification Process
- Couriers will receive a push notification informing them of the pay adjustment
- The notification will include:
- The amount deducted
- The associated route or order
Viewing the Deduction
- All deductions are visible within the app under the Earnings section.
Best Practices
- Follow all delivery instructions carefully to avoid misdeliveries
- Ensure accurate proof of delivery (POD) is captured for each order
- Review delivery details before completing each drop-off
