Ensure Personal Safety
- Assess your condition and ensure you are in a safe location.
- Seek medical attention immediately if required.
Contact Support
- Access Support through the app by selecting Help.
- Inform the Support Team that you have been involved in a car accident.
- Share the following information with Support:
- Confirmation of your well-being (e.g., whether you are injured or require medical attention)
- Whether emergency services or police are on-site
- Photos of the accident scene (if safe to do so)
- Support will coordinate the reassignment of your deliveries to another courier.
- Provide:
- Your current location for package handoff
- Photos of all packages still in your possession to confirm condition and count.
Damaged Packages (If Applicable)
- If any packages are damaged:
- Notify Support immediately
- Provide clear photos of the damage
- Support will advise on next steps for handling affected deliveries.
