If Photo Fails to Upload:
Allow Offline Upload Attempt
- Ensure the photo has been captured successfully
- Wait for the app to retry uploading once a stable connection is available
Contact Support
- If the photo continues to fail to upload, access Support via chat
- Inform the team of the issue and request assistance in closing out the delivery
Provide Proof of Delivery
- If instructed by Support, provide the drop-off photo directly for verification.
- If the issue persists and cannot be resolved through the app:

- A brief description of the issue
