Courier safety is our top priority. In the event of a flat tire, couriers must notify Support to ensure proper handling of active deliveries.
Ensure Personal Safety
- Safely pull over to the side of the road or move to a secure location (e.g., parking lot or plaza).
- Turn on hazard lights
- Assess your surroundings and ensure you are out of harm’s way
Contact Support
- Access Support through the app by selecting Help.
- Inform the Support Team that you have a flat tire.
- Share the following information with Support:
- Your current location
- The status of your vehicle (e.g., won’t start, flat tire, stuck in snow)
- Whether a tow truck or roadside assistance has been contacted
- Photos or videos of the flat tire
- Please notify Support whether you are able to continue completing the deliveries. If not, the team will proceed with the steps outlined below.
- Support will coordinate the reassignment of your deliveries to another courier.
- Provide:
- Your current location for package handoff
- Photos of all packages still in your possession
Delivery Handoff
- Once the new courier arrives, contact Support via chat to coordinate the handoff.
- Provide a clear photo showing all packages being transferred to the new courier.
- The Support team will then assist with unassigning the orders from your account and reassigning them to the new courier.
