Tips are processed directly through your account and can be viewed in the app under your earnings as a separate tip entry.

To maintain a professional and consistent customer experience, couriers are expected to adhere to the following:
- Do not request tips from customers under any circumstances
- Do not imply or suggest that a tip is expected
- Provide a high level of service regardless of whether a tip is offered
