How can I submit feedback about the app or a recent delivery?

Trexity provides couriers with the ability to submit feedback directly through the Driver App. This feedback helps improve platform functionality and overall delivery experience.

To submit feedback, complete the following steps:

  1. Log in to the Trexity Driver App
  2. Select Feedback
  3. You will be directed to the Trexity Feedback form
  4. Complete the required fields:
    • Email Address
    • Rating of the pickup and drop-off experience (1 = Not Satisfied, 5 = Completely Satisfied)
    • Optional Comments/Insights
