The length of a suspension depends on the nature and severity of the infraction. Suspensions may be either temporary or indefinite.
Types of Suspensions:
Temporary Suspension
- Your account will be reinstated after a specified period (e.g., 14 days).
- You may be required to complete a mandatory training session before resuming deliveries.
Indefinite Suspension
- Your account will remain suspended without a set end date.
- You will no longer be able to accept or complete deliveries on the platform.
