Trexity offers reimbursement of up to $5.00 for street parking expenses incurred while completing deliveries.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A valid parking receipt must be provided showing the date and time.
- Must be submitted within 24 hours of the route.
Procedure for Reimbursement:
- Obtain a clear photo of your parking receipt
- Ensure the receipt includes:
- Date of transaction
- Amount paid
- Email the receipt to support@trexity.com
- Include the relevant delivery details (e.g., Route ID or Order ID) in your email.
- Reimbursements are processed within 3-5 business days upon receipt and verification of documentation.
Good to know:
Reimbursements will not exceed $5.00.
This policy applies strictly to street parking and does not include parking tickets or violations.
