When to Contact Support:
- Unable to complete a delivery (Photo, PIN, or Signature)
- Vehicle issues
- Damaged or missing items
- Feeling unsafe or uncomfortable during pickup or drop-off
- Unable to locate address
How to Contact Support:
- Open the Trexity Driver App during an active delivery.
- Select Help within the app.
- You will be connected to a Support agent.
- Provide details of your inquiry, including:
- Description of the issue
- The Support agent will assist and provide next steps based on the situation.
