How You’ll Be Notified
- Email Notification - You will receive an email detailing the infraction and any required actions. Infractions may include unprofessional behaviour, misdeliveries, failure to follow instructions, or refusal to complete deliveries.
- In-App Notification - When logging into the Trexity Driver App, a pop-up message will indicate that your account has been suspended.
Important Note:
- Suspensions may be:
- Temporary – Your account may be reinstated after a specified period.
- Indefinite – You will no longer be able to accept or complete deliveries on the platform.
- The duration and outcome depend on the nature of the infraction.
