If you have been unpaired from a vendor, it means a business complaint was submitted regarding a previous delivery.
How You’ll Be Notified:
- You will receive an in-app notification indicating that a business complaint has been recorded.
- Specific details are not shared in order to protect the business’s privacy. Our system restricts access to sensitive information, including exact locations and personal contact details.
Next Steps:
- You can still accept delivery offers on the app; however, you may not receive priority access to certain offers.
- Depending on the nature of the infraction:
- Your account may be placed in At-Risk status
- This status can last up to 14 days before returning to normal
Important Note:
- The unpairing will remain on the courier’s account unless the merchant requests its removal.
