Couriers are required to use their own device and be logged into their own account while completing deliveries. Sharing devices between multiple courier accounts is not permitted.
Using the same device across multiple courier accounts can result in system inconsistencies and impact delivery performance.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Inaccurate GPS tracking and route visibility
- Missed or incorrect delivery status updates
- System-generated flags or potential account restrictions due to irregular activity

Failure to follow this policy may result in:
- Account review
- Temporary restrictions
- Additional action in accordance with platform standards
