Updating your Work Permit:
- Log in to the Trexity Driver App
- Navigate to your Profile
- Scroll to Work Eligibility and select Request to Update
- Confirm the prompt by clicking OK, then select Save Changes
- Select your Work Eligibility Document Type:
- Birth certificate
- Canadian Citizenship Card/Paper
- Passport (first page)
- Permanent Resident Card
- Work/Student Permit
- Unknown
- Take a clear photo of your document
- Tap Save Work Eligibility to submit
What Happens Next?
- Your account will be placed under review by the Courier Team. During this period, you will not have access to delivery opportunities in the app.
- You will be prompted to review and acknowledge the Courier Code of Conduct.
- Once your information is verified, your account will be reapproved
Important Note:
Our system detects when your work permit has expired, and you will receive an email prompting you to update your information.
Upload clear and legible photos to avoid delays; if the photo is not acceptable, your account will be placed under review again.
