Couriers can update their banking details directly within the Trexity Driver App. It is critical that information is kept accurate to ensure timely and successful payouts.
To update your banking information, complete the following steps:
- Open the Trexity Driver App
- Tap the Menu icon (top-left corner)
- Select Advanced
- Tap Manage Bank Details
- Enter the email address associated with your Trexity account
- Enter the verification code received via SMS
- Select the pencil (edit) icon next to your existing bank details
- Update the following information:
- Account Number
- Transit Number
- Institution Number
- Routing Number
Good to know:
- Always update existing bank details rather than creating a new entry.
- Avoid adding duplicate bank accounts, as this will result in payment delays or failed payouts.
- Ensure all information entered is accurate and matches your banking records.
