Payout trace IDs are not directly accessible within the courier app. Couriers must submit a request to the Courier Escalations Team to obtain this information.
Procedure for Requesting a Payout Trace ID
- Ensure you have the following details available:
- Payout period (dates the payment covers)
- Any relevant Route IDs or Order IDs associated with the payout
- Send an email to support@trexity.com stating that you are requesting a payout trace ID for bank verification purposes.
Next Steps:
The Courier Escalations Team will review your request and retrieve the corresponding payout trace ID. Allow up to 24 hours from the time your email is received for the team to provide the information.
