How do I use Instant Payout to cash out my earnings?

The Instant Payout feature allows couriers to withdraw their available earnings at any time, without waiting for the weekly payout cycle.

Eligibility Requirements

  • A minimum balance of $3.59 must be available to initiate a payout.
  • If the balance is below this threshold, the Cash Out option will not be visible.
  • Instant Payout includes:
    • $0.60 minimum payout amount
    • $2.99 processing fee

How to Access Instant Payout:

  1. Log in to the Trexity Driver App.
  2. Navigate to the Earnings section.
  3. Locate your current balance.
  4. Select Instant Payout.

How to Cash Out Earnings:

  1. Click Cash Out Now.
  2. Confirm the payout request.
  3. Funds will be transferred to the courier’s linked bank account.

Important Note:

  • Tips cannot be applied toward the Instant Payout fee.
  • Only available earnings (excluding restricted amounts) can be withdrawn.
  • If eligibility requirements are not met, the payout option will be unavailable until the minimum balance is reached.
