Payment Setup
- Trexity uses Stripe, a secure third-party provider to process all courier payouts.
- Once your account has been approved and onboarded, the courier app will prompt you to create a Stripe account.
- Enter all required banking and personal details.
Important Note: Payouts cannot be issued until your Stripe account is fully set up and verified.
Payment Schedule
- Our pay period runs from Monday to Sunday, with our payout day every Friday.
- Deliveries completed Monday to Sunday are included in the following Friday’s payout.
Processing Times
- Once a payout is issued, please allow up to 3 business days for the funds to be transferred to your bank account.
- First-time payouts may take 7+ business days to process due to initial Stripe verification and setup.
Important Note:
Statutory holidays may result in delays to payouts. Additionally, if you have recently made updates to your Stripe account, allow time for those changes to reflect in your payouts.
Viewing your Earnings
- In your app, tap the menu icon (=) in the top-left corner
- Select “Earnings”
- Review your completed deliveries and total earnings
