Couriers who identify an issue with their earnings may request a fare review through the Courier Escalations Team. All requests must include sufficient supporting documentation to facilitate a thorough investigation.
Procedure for Submitting a Fare Review Request
- Provide clear screenshots of relevant tours, proposals, earnings.
- Include all relevant route IDs, order IDs, dates and times of deliveries.
- Outline why you believe there is an issue with your payout.
- Include any discrepancies observed (e.g., distance, time, number of orders).
- Email all information and attachments to support@trexity.com.
Review Process
The Courier Escalations Team will conduct a thorough fare review based on:
- Route data
- Distance and time metrics
- Pay calculations
Important Note:
Fare reviews are completed within 24 hours of receiving your email.
Any applicable adjustments will be reflected in the courier’s earnings.
Please note that we do not engage in pay negotiations. Every request is carefully reviewed by our team to ensure accuracy and fairness. If a discrepancy is identified, we will ensure you are compensated accordingly.
