You can add additional locations to your Trexity account. The options below explain what’s supported and how to proceed.
Adding an additional location:
If your additional business address is within Trexity’s pickup zone for your current city, you can add it as a secondary location under the same merchant account.
How to Verify Your Zones:
- Visit the Trexity Zones page at **https://merchant.trexity.com/zones**
- Enter your business address in the search field
- Review the map on the right-hand side to confirm service availability
- Below the map, use the toggles to view supported:
- Pickup zones
- Delivery zones
- Refer to https://merchant.trexity.com/local-zones to see the pricing associated with your coverage zone.
How to Add a Secondary Location:
- Log in to your Merchant Portal
- Navigate to Admin > Locations > Add Location
- Complete all required fields marked with an asterisk (*)
- Click Create Location

Each location can have its own hours and delivery settings, giving you flexibility as your business grows within the same city.
You can add locations across markets under the same account; billing is kept separate per location and you can use the same or different credit cards per location.
