Merchants can update their primary business name or address directly within the Merchant Portal. All location details must remain accurate to ensure proper delivery operations.
To update your primary business information, follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Merchant Portal
- Navigate to Admin
- Select Locations
- Choose your primary location
- Click Manage
- Go to the Location section
- Update the business name and/or address as needed
- Click Save Location to apply changes
Good to know:
Each location must have a distinct name from all other locations.
Updates take effect immediately after saving.
