Trexity offers flexible delivery service levels so you can choose the option that best matches your delivery needs and customer expectations.
The available service levels are:
Same Day
- Orders are delivered on the same day.
- Schedule anytime between 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
- All deliveries are completed by 8:00 PM local time.
- Each zone is assigned a flat rate, making it easy to understand your delivery coverage and associated costs.
Direct
- A courier is assigned exclusively to your order.
- The courier proceeds from pickup to drop-off; no unrelated stops are made.
- Schedule anytime between 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
- Total price is calculated using the distance traveled and estimated delivery time.
Next Day
- Orders must be scheduled by 11:59 PM the day before, and will be delivered the following day.
- Orders will begin posting at 12:00 PM, and be delivered by 8:00 PM.
- $6 flat rate for city-wide, next-day delivery.
Batching
- Use Batch when sending multiple orders at once or planning a delivery run to achieve the most efficient routing and cost per stop.
- Total route cost is based on the combined travel time and total distance of the entire route.
