- Coordinate quickly with Trexity’s Support Team if questions or issues arise
This helps prevent delays, misplacements, or confusion and ensures orders are handled safely and efficiently.
If no staff member is available:
If staff supervision is unavailable, the courier may still proceed with the pickup; however, Trexity cannot guarantee the security of packages in unsupervised situations. In such cases, the merchant assumes full responsibility and risk if a package goes missing at pickup.
