Customers receive multiple notifications throughout the delivery process, including when the order is scheduled, out for delivery, when the courier is 5 minutes away, upon arrival, and once the order has been delivered.
The final notification includes a drop-off photo so customers can see where their order was left.
The tracking link also provides:
- The courier’s name
- The delivery window and estimated time of arrival
- The actual arrival and delivery time
- Route and Order ID information
- An option to tip the courier
This ensures customers have full visibility into the status and completion of their delivery.
