Yes. If an address is updated, the label must be reprinted to reflect the new information.
Using an outdated label may result in scanning errors, delivery delays, or failed pickups.
Reprinting Labels
- Log in to your Merchant Portal and open the order with the updated address.
- Click Download Label in the top-left corner.
- Print the new label and securely attach it to the package.
Important Note:
- Ensure the updated label fully replaces any previous version on the package.
- The label must clearly display the corrected address and QR code.
