Review Proof of Delivery (POD)
- Log in to your Merchant Portal.
- Locate and open the order in question.
- Scroll to the Proof of Delivery (POD) section.
- Review and download:
- Delivery photos
- PIN confirmation (if applicable)
- Signature confirmation (if applicable)
- Timestamp and completion details
This information confirms whether the delivery was completed and how it was verified.
If the Issue Persists:
If the Proof of Delivery provided does not resolve the concern or suggests a delivery issue:
- Contact the Escalations Team at support@trexity.com.
- Include the Order ID and a clear summary of the customer’s concern.
The team will conduct a formal investigation and advise on next steps.
