How to Submit a Reimbursement Request:
Deliveries can be completed up until 8:00 PM.
If your delivery is completed after this time, our Escalations Team will review the situation to determine what occurred and assess eligibility for reimbursement of the delivery fees.
You must submit a request by emailing support@trexity.com.
Include:
- Order ID
- Delivery date
- Description of the delay
- Any relevant supporting details
Submitting complete information helps speed up the review process.
What Happens Next?
- Your request will be reviewed by our Escalations Team.
- If approved, you will receive confirmation by email.
- Delivery fees will be refunded to your original payment method.
Processing time: 15–20 business days.
