What happens if my business is closed during a return?
If a return is attempted outside your business hours:
- The courier will securely retain the package in their vehicle.
- The return will be completed during your next business hours.
This ensures packages remain protected and are returned promptly without requiring additional action from you.
Notifications
You will receive an email notification from our Support Team whenever a return is held overnight by a courier.
If you regularly close before returns may occur, consider providing an alternate after-hours return address to avoid delays.
