Couriers are not required to bring a dolly.
If a courier encounters difficulty handling a package, they will contact Support for guidance. In some apartment or condo buildings, a dolly may be available through concierge or security, but this is not guaranteed.
Size & Weight Requirements:
All deliveries must meet Trexity’s package requirements:
- Maximum weight: 16 kg
- Maximum size: 50 × 30 × 30 cm
- Must fit inside a standard sedan
The weight and size requirements are the same for all service levels, with no exceptions.
Orders exceeding these limits may be cancelled, and cancellation fees may apply depending on the delivery stage.
To avoid issues at pickup, ensure packages meet size and weight requirements before scheduling.
