You can view completed routes under the Completed tab in the portal.
Additionally, if your email address is provided on the order, you will receive delivery notifications throughout the entire delivery process, including confirmation once the order has been delivered.
If your contact information is not included, delivery updates are sent directly to the customer.
Delivery notifications include:
- Order scheduled
- Out for delivery
- Near arrival
- Delivery confirmation
Viewing Completed Orders in the Merchant Portal:
- Log in to your Merchant Portal.
- Navigate to Routes.
- Select Completed to view delivered orders.
- Use search or filters (Order ID, route, date, status) to locate a specific delivery.
You can also open any completed order to review Proof of Delivery (photos, PIN, or signature confirmation, if applicable).
