Submit Your Claim
All damage claims must be submitted by email to: support@trexity.com
Claims must be filed within 14 days of delivery.
Include:
- Order ID
- Description of the damage
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging
- Customer or product invoice (required once claim is approved)
Incomplete submissions may delay processing.
Coverage & Reimbursement
Lost, stolen, or damaged items are insured up to:
- $100 per label
- Applicable delivery fees
If approved:
- Delivery fees are refunded to your original payment method.
- Product reimbursement is issued as an account credit for future deliveries.
Processing time: 15–20 business days.
