Trexity packages must meet the following requirements:
- Maximum weight: 16 kg
- Maximum size: 50 × 30 × 30 cm
- Must fit inside a standard sedan
If a Package Exceeds These Limits:
- If confirmed at pickup to exceed the size or weight limits, the order will be cancelled.
- Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the delivery stage.
To avoid disruption, ensure all packages meet these requirements before scheduling pickup.
