For non-PIN deliveries (e.g., photo proof of delivery), the following outcomes may apply:
Incorrect Address:
The courier will attempt to contact the customer once. If there is no response to confirm the address, the order will be returned to the merchant’s location.
Customer Refusal:
If the customer refuses the delivery, the order will be returned to the merchant location.
Access Issues:
If there is no buzzer code or access to the building, the courier will leave the package in a secure location, such as the main entrance, lobby, vestibule, mailroom, or with a concierge (if available).
Business Closed:
The courier will attempt to contact the business once. If there is no response and the delivery is set for photo proof, the package will be left in a secure location near the main entrance.

A return fee applies for deliveries completed using photo proof of delivery.
