Apartment / Condo Delivery Procedure
When delivering to apartment or condo buildings, couriers will:
If Outside the Building:
- Locate the customer’s name on the buzzer and attempt contact.
- Call the customer through the app.
- If there is no response, leave the package in a safe spot near the entrance or lobby (e.g., by the buzzer).
If There Is No Access to the Unit:
- Attempt contact via buzzer.
- Call the customer through the app.
- If there is no response, leave the package in a secure location near the entrance or lobby.
- If concierge or security is available, the package may be left with them.
Important Notes
- Photo-proof deliveries do not allow returns.
- To enable return capability, you must select PIN proof of delivery instead of photo-proof.
